Repairs are done right away when needed. The management are lovely people who care.

The grounds here are lovely
Most of the residences here are friendly too.
They also have their own private dog park.

It’s a relatively small and relaxed apartment complex. The only downside is the laundry units. They are always broken down or one is flooded. Also the random water shut offs that seem to happen at the most inconvenient times. Other than that, this place is great.
