The biggest plus for me is the peace and quiet. Both Joy the Manager and Brandon our maintenance person are the best I have ever worked with. Prior to the current ownership I have seen managers and maintenance people come and go. They not only do their jobs well, but they are super friendly like a good neighbor. They have done many improvements to the property and Joy and Brandon navigated all the tenants right through it all. It's a great place to live Come take a look.

The renovated apartments are comfortable, though the quality of paint used is very low, so expect some peeling and chips to appear. Some apartments on the bottom floor are very dark on the inside due to a lack of windows or build in light-fixtures.

my favorite features is the peace and quiet. I also have to give kudos to Joy the manager and Brandon in maintenance. They are both very responsive and they are both really nice people to work with. I have been here almost 15 years and would like to stay here indefinitely, but I am retired and the increasing rents here and everywhere may not allow me to stay.
